
The IberoAmerican Cultural Attaché Association (also known as AACIA or IberoAmerican Culture DC) comprises of the cultural attachés of 19 Ibero-American embassies in Washington, D.C. Together, these cultural attachés formed a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Ibero-American culture, tradition, and art.
At AACIA, our mission is to build alliances and strengthen relationships with all actors in the field of culture, art, and education in the United States. Every year, we host flagship and new events to promote our diverse cultures and share our common values.
Our organization is comprised of cultural attachés from the Embassies of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, México, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Portugal, Spain, and Uruguay.

IBERO-AMERICAN FILM FESTIVAL
Each year, AACIA presents the Ibero-American Film Festival in Washington, D.C., offering audiences a glimpse into the rich tapestry of Ibero-American cinema. This annual festival showcases the very best of Ibero-American cinema, providing a unique lens through which to explore a diverse array of perspectives. The festival is free for everyone, ensuring that all can enjoy the beauty and depth of Latin-American cinema.
IBERO-AMERICAN NIGHT
At Ibero-American Night, AACIA brings together the finest flavors, rhythms, and traditions from Latin America. Guests are invited to indulge in a feast for the senses by experiencing our exquisite gastronomy, vibrant dance performances, and captivating rhythms. Furthermore, guests are welcome to savor a selection of drinks, wines, and liquors from several Ibero-American countries.
ADDITIONAL EVENTS
In addition to our flagship events, AACIA regularly hosts art exhibits, literature events, and concerts — both virtually and in-person — offering engaging opportunities for individuals to immerse themselves in Ibero-American culture.
